To read about the 12 steps in more detail visit the Healthy Minds 12 Steps to Positive Mental Health.

Q7. People can't work if they have a mental health problem

Answer: Myth: As one in four people have a mental health problem, chances are you work with someone who is suffering from one; possibly without even realising it. For more information about the work NHS East Lancashire is doing regarding workplace health visit Health@Work.

Q8. There's not much you can do to help someone you know who has a mental health problem
