Coping with life's ups and downs


We all feel sad from time to time, but if you are affected by depression you may have intense feelings of sadness and hopelessness. Depression can also affect your physical health such as lack of energy, aches and pains. Your sleeping pattern can also be affected such as sleeplessness or not feeling able to get out of bed.

This is a list of common symptoms, if some of these affect you it is important to seek help from your GP.
